Sam here, program manager for the Citizens' Initiative Review. Just to clarify for you, the members of the advisory board and the team did not deliberate on Question 4. The members of the advisory selected the particular ballot question for review, while the team organized the deliberations. The citizen panel of twenty voters deliberated over four days and produced the Citizens' Statement on Question 4. As you'll see from the above chart, across age, locaton of residence, party affiliation, race/ethnicity, gender, and educational attainment, the citizen panel was highly representative of the overall voting population in Massachusetts.
